Notwithstanding the provisions of the previous paragraph, information other than personal information, such as history and attribute data, will generally not be disclosed.

The user may request the correction, addition, or deletion (hereinafter referred to as "correction, etc.") of their personal information held by the company if it is found to be incorrect, through the procedure specified by the company.
If the company receives a request from the user as described in the previous paragraph and determines that it is necessary to respond to the request, it will promptly make corrections or revisions to the relevant personal information.
If the company makes corrections or revisions based on the provisions of the previous paragraph, or if a decision is made not to make corrections or revisions, it will promptly notify the user.

Article 8 (Suspension of Use of Personal Information, etc.)

If the individual requests the suspension or deletion of personal information (hereinafter referred to as "suspension of use, etc.") on the grounds that the information is being handled beyond the scope of its intended use or has been obtained through improper means, the company will promptly conduct the necessary investigation.
Based on the results of the investigation in the previous paragraph, if it is determined that it is necessary to respond to the request, the company will promptly suspend the use of the relevant personal information.
If the company suspends usage or makes a decision not to suspend usage based on the provisions of the previous paragraph, it will promptly notify the user.
Notwithstanding the previous two paragraphs, if there are significant costs associated with suspending usage or if it is difficult to suspend usage, we will take alternative measures necessary to protect the user's rights and interests.

The contents of this policy may be modified without prior notice to the users, except for matters specified by laws and regulations or other provisions within this policy.
Unless otherwise specified by our company, the revised privacy policy will become effective from the time it is posted on this website.
